After watching my husband’s successful transformation with Nick at ECT, I was excited to give it a try! I had no idea going into it what to expect but the results speak for them self. Nick set me up on meal plans and workouts to ensure my success. The program took the guess work out of competition prep for me and when questions did arise, Nick was quick to help. I can’t wait to continue on with competitions and ECT.
