"I dreamed of competing at the WBFF, amongst athletes that for so long, I had looked up to and aspired to be like. I doubted my own ability and the possibility that this dream would ever be realised. Nick Robert, founder and owner of East Coast Transformations, introduced me to his transformation programme and promised that with his help, I could step on stage at WBFF 2015. Needless to say, Nick far exceeded his promise and all expectation. I have had the privilege of being part of an incredible team of athletes at ECT, who constantly build each other up and support one another, all under the incredible leadership and mentoring of Nick Robert.
